Buying Plan & Location

         I am a first time buyer and was wanting to buy a budget flat for almost 2 years, however it was very difficult for me to find a reliable and a quality builder. Finding an accessible location in Pallikaranai for a tight budget was tough. After a lot of search I came across a flat which was under construction by Aditya Srinivas Constructions PVT LTD Project Asitya’s Srikrishna at Adhipureeshwarar Koil Street which is 200 mts from Velachery Tambaram highway. I met Mr. Vinagayam Srinivasan (Managing Director Aditya Srinivas Constructions PVT LTD ) and within in a short span of time I got inspired with his proven experience and abilities. The buying discussion with family & management went on for about 2 months and the final decision was made to buy a 2 bedroom flat at Aditya’s Srikrishna. What made us finalize the life time deal was quality construction [visited Aditya’s Narayan old site & feedback from previous site owners] & the experienced cum approachable person Mr. Vinayagam Srinivasan himself.
Booking & Other details
It was a pleasant experience from booking till delivery. Mr. Vinayagam is humble, transparent and open to suggestion person. He created a whatsapp group and added all the flat owners from the initial stage. The day to day progress was shared through the group. The registration process went on smoothly [knowing our government friends was expecting few last minute surprises] but our management has planned it so well that it went on without any fuss and we completed on time.
The floor plan was designed & constructed to our personal liking and as per Vaastu. The fit and finish of the ceilings, walls and floor was really adorable. The electrical wiring, switches, bath material and other materials used are of premium quality. We have sufficient parking space, well aerated rooms with huge windows which opens up natural light into the house. The moment you see the raised humungous pillar at our flat you may think that it is a commercial complex but such is the quality of the construction and the material used. As far as budget flats are concerned the elevator facility is very rare and that was part of the package. My elderly mom appreciates the daily usage of the same. They suggested lighting options and other interior tweaking which was really good and within the budget
The handover process was very nostalgic and a memorable one to start our life with new apartment.
Interior Work
The Interiors for Kitchen was part of the deal, I have opted for Puja room, Hall modification and bedroom interiors. The quality of workmanship was impeccable. Kudos to the team, they really crafted our interior well.
